Behaviour seems intimidating some such behaviour

Books, television programs, and movies on the subject of animal behaviour abound. This will be the first time i have ever been in a court room, since I have no previous convictions. For what its worth, I would do my very best to drop this nonsense. In relation to him, if this is a cut that is 3 inches long then unless its very deep, its a common assault. He may well have been arrested for ABH but it will drop down to a common assault. However, i do have 2 previous arrests(1 which was when i was a youth).

This whole ordeal has left me with a bruise on my right eye and an injured leg which I have been prescribed some lotion for.

I have Asperger's Syndrome (A high functioning form of autism that greatly affects social skills and social interactions).

I was also assaulted, threatened and had my phone stolen from my cousin approximatly an hour before i commited my offence.

I am in the process of pressing charges against my cousin and today I saw a police photographer to take photos of my injuries. A policewoman at the front desk put it as an ABH, but I need the IMEI number for my phone before they can charge him with theft. Will the magistrates have any sympathy for me because of my terrible situation? He has been arrested many times before and has several convictions.

A policeman will phone me on Monday in regards XXXXX XXXXX my cousin. The assault was out of character and I have never been arrested for a violent offence before. He has served six months in a secure unit in 2004 for robbery. I must also mention that he struck me with his stick and I have a mark on my arm, I'm guessing he did this because he felt threatened by me.

However, everytime I tried to leave he kept getting infront of me, physically restrain me or punch me again. However, I could not find the exit of the premises.
